Are there any shipment costs?
Rosburry offers free shipment on all products to countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address.
Processing Time after order received: 48 hours within working days (During this time, your online order goes through fulfilment, is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.) Customs fees and taxes in different regions shall be borne by Rosburry. If you have any questions, please contact us.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to peak selling season, invalid addresses, customs clearance issues and public holidays. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Shipping Costs & Delivery
The following delivery times are for reference only. In the event of unforeseen factors, such as flight delays, customs inspections, outbreaks of epidemics, etc., your delivery time may be affected.
Please examine the received items within 48 hours of accepting the package. Should you have any inquiries, kindly reach out to our after-sales team at contact@rosburry.com.
After the initial 48-hour period, we will consider the product to be in perfect condition without any issues.
We appreciate your prompt inspection. Thank you for your understanding.
In case a damaged product or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact our Customer Care team for further instructions.
Return costs will be covered by us if a damaged or wrong product has been delivered to you.
For all products ordered through our official online store, a 14-day trial period after receiving your order applies.
During this period, you may inform us at any time that you would like to revoke your purchase, without needing to state a reason. We will offer a free return.

Once you notify us that you’d like to return a product, we will email you within 48 hours (on working days) and send you a pre-paid return label within 72 hours (on working days).
Please note: for certain countries or regions, we may not be able to provide a pre-paid return label. In such cases, you’ll need to pay the return postage upfront. Kindly take a photo or screenshot of the postage receipt.
Once the returned product is received and verified by our warehouse, we will process your refund and reimburse the postage cost.
Once your return is received and meets our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that payment processing may take up to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After we issue the refund, it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
To be eligible for return, the product must have been purchased from Rosburry’s official website.
Products purchased from Rosburry retail stores or other platforms are not eligible for return under this policy.
Return terms do not apply to customized products or other items that, due to their nature, are non-returnable and were acknowledged as such by the customer at the time of purchase.
The returned product must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, accessories, instructions, and packaging intact.
It must not show signs of wear or use, and must not affect the resale value.
Please use the original packaging when returning the product. Rosburry is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during return shipping.
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
You may place a new order and return your original product.
A refund will be processed once we receive your returned package.
Provided that all revocation conditions are met, Rosburry will refund the amount paid for the returned products as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Delivery costs will also be refunded unless you return only part of your order.
Rosburry will deduct any import taxes, duties, or customs fees (including administrative charges) that were charged to us, from the total refund amount.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
